Thank you for being here. These Terms explain what you are buying, how the My Becoming experience works, and your rights when you purchase through my-becoming.com or any related checkout page.
By purchasing or accessing My Becoming, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before buying. They are written in plain language and are intended to be simple, clear, and fair.
My Becoming is offered by Paulina Jedynak, an individual seller based in Poland, operating under Polish unregistered business activity rules (“działalność nierejestrowana”), unless and until this changes.
My Becoming is a digital product created by me. After purchase, you receive online access to a self-guided ritual experience. This may include a PDF instruction guide, written materials, reflective prompts, and a link to a custom GPT conversation experience hosted on ChatGPT/OpenAI.
The product is my original creative and reflective framework. The custom GPT is used as a delivery and interaction tool to guide you through the experience.
You are not purchasing ChatGPT, OpenAI services, or a guaranteed AI outcome. OpenAI/ChatGPT is a third-party platform, and your use of it may be subject to OpenAI’s own terms, privacy policy, availability, account requirements, plan limits, country availability, and settings.
The experience gently guides you to explore your skills, talents, interests, professional path, hobbies, story, voice, and future direction — and you may leave with written outputs you can keep and use.
It is a tool for reflection, creativity, and self-expression. It is not therapy, coaching certification, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, psychological treatment, or a guarantee of any particular personal, emotional, career, business, spiritual, or financial result.
The custom GPT part of My Becoming is hosted on ChatGPT/OpenAI. Your conversation with the GPT takes place on OpenAI’s platform, not directly on my website.
I do not receive, view, or have access to your private GPT conversation unless you choose to copy, send, or share it with me. OpenAI states that GPT builders cannot view individual conversations users have with their GPTs.
The GPT is configured so that conversations are not used to train OpenAI’s models, where this setting is available. Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s own Terms, Privacy Policy, data controls, account settings, and plan-specific rules. If you use your own ChatGPT account, you are responsible for checking your own data settings.
My Becoming is delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
After payment, access is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. This may include a confirmation email, PDF guide, digital access page, and/or custom GPT link.
Please make sure your email address is correct before purchasing. If you do not receive your access email, contact me at support@my-becoming.com.
You will need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and cookies and JavaScript enabled.
To use the custom GPT part of the experience, you may also need access to ChatGPT/OpenAI. I do not control OpenAI’s platform, account requirements, country availability, outages, subscription plans, model behavior, limits, or data settings.
I cannot be responsible if the experience cannot be used because your device, browser, email inbox, internet connection, local restrictions, or third-party platform access does not meet the basic requirements.
This experience is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The price is shown on the Site or checkout page before you buy.
Payment is handled securely by Stripe through the Systeme.io checkout or another payment processor I may use in the future. I do not see or store your full card details.
Prices may be shown in USD, EUR, PLN, or another currency. Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. I do not control those charges.
Where applicable, taxes such as VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar digital product taxes may be added or handled by the payment platform. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges required by your local laws unless they are already collected at checkout.
I may sell My Becoming internationally. These Terms are intended to apply to customers in Poland, the EU/EEA, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, and other countries where the product is available.
Because consumer laws differ by country, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under your local law.
If any part of these Terms is not allowed in your country or region, that part will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
If local law requires a different refund, withdrawal, cancellation, warranty, or consumer protection right, that mandatory local right will apply.
My Becoming is instant-access digital content. Because it is delivered to you immediately after purchase, you agree that once access begins — including when the access email, PDF guide, digital page, or GPT link is delivered — you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal where this is permitted by law.
This means you should not purchase, access, use, complete, copy, download, or save the experience and then request an automatic refund simply because the digital content has already been delivered.
Even so, I want this to feel human and fair. If you are genuinely unhappy with the experience, please email me at support@my-becoming.com within 7 days of purchase, using the same email address you used to buy, and briefly explain why it did not work for you.
Goodwill refunds are considered case by case. I may offer a refund where there is a genuine technical issue, duplicate purchase, accidental purchase, access problem, or thoughtful explanation that the product was not a fit.
I may refuse a refund if the product has been accessed and used substantially, copied, shared, misused, downloaded for reuse, used to recreate or imitate the method, or if the request appears unfair, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Refunds, where granted, are normally returned to the original payment method. I cannot control bank fees, currency conversion differences, card fees, or payment processor timelines.
If something has genuinely gone wrong, please contact me first — I would always rather help directly than make the process difficult.
The words, reflections, notes, and outputs YOU create through the ritual are yours, to use freely and proudly.
The My Becoming experience itself is my copyrighted work. This includes, without limitation, the product concept, ritual structure, sequence, questions, prompts, PDF guide, written materials, custom GPT instructions, system instructions, method, design, name, branding, language, examples, and overall creative framework.
When you purchase My Becoming, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the experience for your own personal reflection and self-expression. You do not receive ownership of the product itself, the underlying method, prompts, GPT instructions, PDF materials, framework, brand, or intellectual property.
Please do not share your access, forward the PDF or GPT link, publish screenshots of the private materials, copy or republish the experience, upload it into another AI tool to recreate it, teach it as your own method, sell it, resell it, sublicense it, distribute it, give it away, adapt it into a competing product, or pass it to other people, clients, communities, companies, or third parties.
You may not remove copyright notices, claim the method as your own, use the materials to build a competing or derivative commercial offer, or use the GPT link or PDF as a resource for a group, class, client delivery, internal company program, or paid service without my written permission.
It is made for you, personally. If access is shared, copied, redistributed, misused, or used to create an unauthorized derivative product, I may pause or remove access without a refund. I also reserve the right to take appropriate steps to protect my intellectual property and seek remedies available under applicable law.
If you would like to use My Becoming in a group, workshop, client setting, community, company, or collaboration, please contact me first for written permission or a separate license.
The reflections, notes, ideas, language, and written outputs you create while using the experience are yours. You may save them, edit them, and use them in your own life, creative work, brand, profile, website, journal, or personal materials.
You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated wording or ideas. The GPT may produce language that feels helpful, but it may also be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or not suitable for your specific context. Please use your own judgment before relying on or publishing any output.
Your ownership of your personal outputs does not give you the right to copy, publish, distribute, sell, or recreate the underlying My Becoming product, prompts, GPT instructions, structure, method, PDF guide, or materials.
You agree to use My Becoming lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purpose: personal reflection, creativity, and self-expression.
You agree not to use the experience to create harmful, illegal, misleading, discriminatory, abusive, or infringing content, or to violate the rights of others.
You also agree not to try to bypass access controls, interfere with the product delivery, test or break the GPT instructions, extract hidden instructions, or use automated systems to scrape, copy, or reproduce the experience.
I look after your data carefully and never sell your personal data to others for their own purposes.
The Site and product delivery may use third-party services, including Systeme.io for forms, email delivery, checkout pages, and product access; Stripe for payment processing; lh.pl for hosting; OpenAI/ChatGPT for the custom GPT experience; and Meta/Facebook advertising tools if I run ads.
The Site may use essential cookies and, where you consent, optional analytics or marketing cookies. Full details are in my Privacy Policy.
Some parts of the experience depend on third-party tools such as Systeme.io, Stripe, lh.pl, OpenAI/ChatGPT, email providers, browsers, and internet services.
I aim to provide a smooth experience, but I cannot guarantee that every third-party platform will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every country.
I may update the delivery method, access link, PDF, GPT, materials, or platform used to deliver the experience if needed to improve or maintain the product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses connected with your use of the product, including loss of income, business opportunities, data, emotional distress, or reliance on AI-generated output.
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any rights you may have as a consumer under laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
I may update the product, materials, access method, price, or these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms in place when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
If I make small updates to improve the experience, fix errors, change a link, or update the delivery method, this does not create a new refund right unless required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you additional rights that cannot legally be removed.
If there is a disagreement, please contact me first at support@my-becoming.com so we can try to resolve it directly and kindly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts or authorities according to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules that may apply to you.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout notices, form the agreement between you and me for the purchase and use of My Becoming.
